Health affects so many aspects of life. Health and Wellness coaches help clients reduce risk factors that affect quality of life. These can include stress reduction, the management of chronic conditions, improving diet and exercise, and adjusting to a life-altering health event. At Open Sesame Wellness, we address health in a holistic way, taking into account all aspects of a person’s life as we explore science based behavior change strategies.

Individual Coaching

We use evidence-based behavior change science to help you reach your healthiest self. The learning is in the conversation. A conversation that grows awareness around what is important to you and supports your strengths!

Participants tap into group wisdom and learn the latest theories in behavior change science to affect change. The learning and awareness is focused on positive actions. Our workshops add an element of fun and creativity with horticulturally inspired activities. (materials are provided)
